“We had a very interesting and enjoyable day! The day started with a visit to the local fish market guided by Yorgos who told us all about the city and Corfu culture along the way. Afterwards we went to the country house where he and his family had prepared a cooking lesson with the products we purchased. “Amazing experience shared with friends. Christos is very thoughtful. You can see he definitely has the will to share the values of good food. (We were 4 french women and he really tried to amaze us). He will adapt the recipes according to the seasons and what you can find in his garden. The experience was about 6hours long, and the cooking took quite a bit of time, so be prepared to have a late lunch (greek time i guess).
